GETEC and Enven form sustainability cooperation for Dutch real estate industry

Leading European energy service provider GETEC and Dutch energy consultancy Enven have entered into a joint sustainability cooperation for the Dutch market. The newly founded joint venture company Enven Green Energy will offer sustainable energy solutions for municipalities, real estate companies and property management companies throughout the Netherlands.
Demographic change, affordable housing, climate-neutral supply concepts, e-mobility and digitalization are just some of the challenges currently faced by real estate, building sector and municipalities. The joint venture of GETEC and Enven will develop, finance and implement full-service green solutions for those clients. To this end, the two companies are pooling their expertise and resources and thus create a strong multi skilled foundation. GETEC is one of Europe's leading energy service providers and contracting specialists for industry and the real-estate sector, running 11,500 plant assets in nine countries with a combined thermal power of 5.4 Gigawatt and a revenue of around EUR 1 billion. Enven is a distinctive consultancy firm, certified for the supply and registration of energy labels and the provision of sustainability advice and well positioned at various institutional clients. The range of services includes holistic energy concepts around heating, cooling, electricity as well as site networks, CO2 monitoring or e-mobility.
