Step #3: 1. Interview
During the first interview, we would like to get to know you. The exchange about your experience and skills takes place directly with your future manager.
Step #4: 2. Interview
In the second interview, you will get to know the divisional management and the HR department. In principle, we prefer on-site interviews for this, so that you can also get to know the team and the workplace.
Step #5: Career start
If the interviews are successful for both sides, our recruiting team will make you an attractive contract offer.
As soon as we receive the contract, we will prepare your start at GETEC and your successful onboarding.
