Thomas P. Wagner Group CEO
Thomas P. Wagner has some 30 years of experience gained from a number of European and global companies. He most recently served as CEO at Dorma, one of the world's leading providers of access solutions. Prior to that, he was CEO at OTIS Germany, one of the largest manufacturers of elevators and escalators. There he held various leadership and management roles for the company in Germany and abroad before becoming CEO. Thomas P. Wagner has been CEO of G+E GETEC Holding GmbH since 2017.
Heiko Laubheimer Group CFO
Heiko Laubheimer served as CFO of the Bartec Group, a global market leader in explosion protection, for more than four years. Prior to that, he worked as CFO at Intersnack and Gardena, at the latter also in a Group function for the Husqvarna Group. Heiko Laubheimer began his professional career at the consulting and auditing firm Arthur Andersen. Heiko Laubheimer has been CFO of G + E GETEC Holding GmbH and associated group companies GETEC heat & power GmbH and GETEC WÄRME & EFFIZIENZ GmbH since 2017.
Udo Lackner Group COO
Udo Lackner worked for international consulting companies after completing his studies in engineering and his degree in industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University. He served as Vice President at Capgemini Germany, among others. In 2000 he served as Managing Director for a start-up of the Metro Group. In addition to GETEC, his clients included BASF, Nokia, SBB, DHL, Lanxess and RUAG. Udo Lackner has been supporting GETEC in its growth process and operations issues since mid-2017. He joined the management of G+E GETEC Holding GmbH as Chief Operating Officer of GETEC Group on December 1, 2018.
Dr. Thomas Stephanblome Group CSO
Following his graduate studies in engineering and his doctorate in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Dortmund, Dr. Thomas Stephanblome's professional career has been defined by the energy industry in all its various forms over the past 30 years. Dr. Stephanblome has been responsible for the development of regenerative and decentralized energy supply systems in both medium-sized companies and corporate structures. Before joining GETEC Group in 2019, he was Director of Global On-Site Generation Business, responsible for the development, management and growth of the Group-wide power generation business for national and international industrial customers at E.ON Connecting Energies.
Michael Lowak Platform CEO Germany
Michael Lowak has been CEO of GETEC WÄRME & EFFIZIENZ GmbH (GWE) since 2015. After completing his degree in mechanical engineering, he initially worked at Braun AG as a product manager, then from 1999 to 2009 he was responsible for expanding the energy services business at MVV Energie -- from 2003 as Managing Director. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Lowak was a member of the Executive Board at Kofler Energies AG, becoming Chairman of the Executive Board in November 2010. In 2013, he moved to GETEC WÄRME & EFFIZIENZ as a member of the Executive Board, where he has been CEO since 2015. Since January 2022 he has been appointed as CEO of GETEC Germany.
Giovanni Pontrelli Platform CEO Italy
The law graduate began his professional career in the energy sector at Siram S.p.A., a leading energy services company in Italy. During his career there, he took on increasingly higher areas of responsibility. He served as Corporate Secretary from 2009, as General Manager from 2011, and as a member of the Administrative Board from 2012. Dr. Pontrelli also held several management positions in subsidiaries of Siram S.p.A. and became Chairman of the Administrative Board before taking over the management of Antas, the leading Italian energy services company. With the full integration, Antas was renamed GETEC Italia s.p.a. in 2022. He is the founder and owner of Società Gestioni Lavori s.r.l., which deals with the design, implementation and management of large and complex technological systems for the local public sector, hospitals and industry.
Dr. Guido Zimmermann Platform CEO Switzerland
Dr. Guido Zimmermann began his career in the pharmaceutical industry at Schering AG (now Bayer AG). As a member of the Executive Board and management consultant, he contributed his expertise to Bilfinger Industrial Services as COO Western Europe in the process and chemical industries, helping the company achieve strong growth. He later took on interim management mandates as CEO, COO or Managing Director in medium-sized companies in need of consolidation and change. He has been managing the multi-client sites GETEC PARK.SWISS and GETEC PARK.EMMEN since January 1, 2020.
Thomas Schoepke Platform CEO Netherlands
After graduating with a Master of International Business Administration, Thomas Schoepke began his career at ista, where he held early leadership positions in the U.S. such as Vice President Commercial Solutions at ista North America in 2004. After further management positions at ista in Germany Italy and UK, he took over the position of Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at ista International in 2019. Since 2022 Thomas Schoepke is CEO of GETEC Platform Netherlands and in this capacity also a member of the GETEC Group Executive Committee.
