Real Estate of Tomorrow - GETEC and Alfons & alfreda establish joint venture for sustainable energy solutions

Alfons & alfreda Energy GmbH will take over all energy and media supply services of the portfolio managed by Alfons & alfreda, consisting of projects such as refurbishment and new construction properties, plants and quarters, from project planning to investment and operation. The collaboration between the two companies will henceforth see the implementation of innovative concepts and resource-saving energy solutions to reduce investment and energy costs. In this way, enormous amounts of CO2 will be saved in the operation of the properties.

"Through this merger, we manage to significantly expand our know-how in the energy sector. This is an important building block for us with regard to our goal of achieving the greatest possible energy self-sufficiency with innovative, environmentally friendly concepts in every project," says Friedrich Weil, founder and CEO of Alfons & alfreda AG.
