GETEC and Viessmann to relaunch their cooperation for sustainability

  • Well-tailored supply concepts
  • Customers benefit from affordable efficiency and climate protection solutions

Magdeburg / Allendorf (Eder), 22.02.21 – GETEC and Viessmann intend to further strengthen their already existing good cooperation in the market for energy services for heating, cooling and solutions in the context of sector coupling. This was announced by both companies today. To achieve this goal, both partners are creating optimized processes. These will enable projects to be developed and implemented more quickly and successfully. In addition to the purchasing process, this also applies to concept and bid preparation and the use of digital solutions for plant operation. This applies in particular to the areas of integrated district solutions, combined heat and power, photovoltaics, fuel cells and heat pumps.

"GETEC and Viessmann are leaders in their respective core segments of contracting and systems engineering. We are therefore very pleased about the deepened cooperation. The aim is to offer end customers a holistic, comprehensive supply concept optimally tailored to their needs at the earliest possible project stage. GETEC will convert this into a long-term energy supply contracting agreement, thereby also significantly reducing our customers' carbon footprint," says Michael Lowak, Segment CEO Real Estate Business at GETEC Group.

"With this cooperation, we are addressing the growing demand for affordable efficiency and climate protection solutions. This will allow us to expand our current business relationships and align our product portfolio even more specifically with customer requirements," says Dr. Frank Voßloh, Managing Director Viessmann Germany.
